At FRONTO, we’re dedicated to delivering high-quality, custom digital content. Due to the nature of our products, bespoke and instantly accessible, refunds are limited and governed by applicable UK consumer protection laws.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are available only in the following situations:
- Non-Delivery: If you haven’t received your order within a reasonable time (e.g. system failure or error), we’ll investigate and offer a full refund if undelivered.
- Defective Content: If a digital file is corrupted or significantly differs from the description (not due to user error), you're entitled to a refund or replacement, as per your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Situations Not Covered by Refunds
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- You change your mind after the purchase.
- You don’t like the product or find it unsuitable after access.
- You’ve already accessed, downloaded, or used the product, and confirmed consent to waive your cancellation right, in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Bespoke and Made-to-Order Clause
All our products are custom-built digital items tailored to your order. According to UK law, consumers lose the right to cancel once digital content has been delivered after express consent to immediate delivery.
